This unique craftsman style home in Alamo Heights, San Antonio Tx had hail damage to the 17yr. olf 30yr Laminate shingles. The roof was denied at first, but when we sent out one of our HAAG Certified Inspectors to assess the roof, we did find there was damage and called for a reinspection. We were able to work with the insurance carrier to get the roof replaced and installed new Owens Corning TruDefinition Estate Gray Laminate shingles with Owens Corning Ridge Vent for better attic ventilation.

Our customer had excessive granule loss and evidence of hail damage. The insurance company was called to come out and meet with us to verify damages. We replaced the old roof with Owens Corning TruDefinition Driftwood Shingles. Our customer was very happy to get their new roof!
