The installation team was also fantastic -- efficient and organized all the way. Our new roof looks AMAZING, and the property is spotless – you cannot even tell the installers were here. Premier Roofing helped me so much. Went 200% beyond. He has hands on experience and does his own work, hands on. As well as, reliable for thrall inspections. Kept me informed the whole time. I was extremely impressed with his communication. He did a detailed inspection of my roof with reasonable a reasonable estimate. Explained everything single detail precisely in detail. He’s definitely trust worthy. I strongly suggest that San Antonio use small family business like Premier Roofing. Very responsible. I’m definitely using him again. He’s a straight shooter and takes his business very serious, professional. He does commercial and residential roofing. I highly recommend that San Antonio use a roofer like Edgar. He also does complete remodeling. I couldn’t be happier with his service. Extremely grateful.

I spoke with a dozen companies to get quotes and only half ended up giving quotes. Premier came out on top. Important factors for me were: 20+ years in business, number of reviews, quality of reviews, quality of work, and price. Premier is one of the few I spoke to who paints the vents and pipes to match the shingles.It ended up taking up a little more than one day due to a shortage in the estimate. He honored his original quote which is quite telling. On the day they were scheduled to start, they arrived WITH the materials so it wasn't delivered beforehand sitting around. The day after it was completed, Thaddaeus came by for the final walkthrough and payment. He used a drone to take the attached pictures. They caulked the exposed nail heads on the ridge shingles to prevent rust. We have yet to find nails on the ground, but there were 2 on the roof. No excess debris or waste has been found. Thaddaeus was more prompt than other roofers with texts and emails. Other roofers would either never call you back or never answer the phone. I would absolutely use Premier again and have already recommended them to others. This is the quality company, not the cheap company. They promised and delivered on all the little things that matter to an annoying customer like me.
