Lakeway began as a resort community when the Lakeway Inn opened on Lake Travis in July 1963, and property owners voted to incorporate in 1974. The city had 19,189 residents by 2020, with homes from the 1970s through the 2020s. Premier serves Lakeway from our San Antonio office.

Permits and HOA notes

Lakeway's Building and Development Services Department (512-314-7540) lists re-roofing as needing a permit if there is a change in material or structural change. The document gives no fee, so ask.
